What is covered

We warrant the structure of your stand for 5 years from the delivery date against defects in materials and workmanship under normal indoor aquarium use.

• —Welds, joints, and frame members
• —Fasteners and hardware supplied with the stand
• —Manufacturing defects in the applied finish
• —Doors, panels, and shelving supplied with the stand

What is not covered

The warranty covers how the stand was made, not how it was used.

• —Loading beyond the published capacity for your configuration
• —Water damage from spills, leaks, or sustained standing water
• —Corrosion from saltwater exposure that was not cleaned up
• —Damage from modification, drilling, cutting, or re-welding
• —Damage in transit, which is handled as a freight claim instead
• —Normal cosmetic wear, including scuffs and minor finish marks

How to make a claim

Email support@tanklith.com with your order number, photographs of the issue, and a short description of what happened and when you noticed it. We reply within one business day.

If the claim is approved we will repair the stand, supply replacement parts, or replace the stand, at our option. We cover shipping on approved warranty repairs and replacements.

Limits

This warranty is limited to the stand itself. It does not cover aquariums, livestock, equipment, flooring, or other property, and it does not cover loss of use. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
