Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline an order if a product is mispriced, unavailable, or cannot be delivered to your address, and we refund you in full if we do.
Pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and confirmed at checkout. Freight and taxes are calculated before payment. If a price is listed in error we contact you before charging you.
Made-to-order products
Stands are fabricated after the order is accepted, to the configuration you selected. Confirm your measurements before ordering. Cancellation and return rights for made-to-order goods are set out in Returns & cancellations.
Fit and measurements
Fit is confirmed against the aquarium footprint you supply. We do not guess from a tank name or a gallon rating alone. If you are unsure, send us the measurements and we will confirm before you buy.
Use and safety
A filled aquarium is heavy. Install the stand level, on a floor that can carry the load, and do not exceed the published capacity for your configuration. Do not modify the structure. Modification voids the warranty and may make the stand unsafe.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for damage to aquariums, livestock, equipment, or property arising from installation, misuse, overloading, or modification. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Product renders and photography illustrate the design. The published specifications for your selected configuration govern the actual product.
