Production time

Every stand is built after the order is placed. Your confirmation email states the production window for the exact configuration you bought, and your order page updates as the build moves through fabrication, finishing, and packing.

Custom projects are quoted with their own production window before any deposit is taken.

How your stand ships

Finished stands are crated and shipped by LTL freight, not by parcel carriers. Freight is curbside by default: the driver brings the crate to the end of your driveway or to the loading area of your building.

• —The carrier contacts you to schedule a delivery appointment.
• —Someone over 18 must be present to receive and sign for the crate.
• —Plan for two people to move the crate from the curb into the room.
• —Liftgate service and inside delivery can be added. Ask before the stand ships.

Before the truck arrives

Measure the route the stand will travel: doorways, stair turns, elevator depth, and the finished position in the room. A stand that fits the tank still has to fit the path to it.

Inspect the crate before you sign

This is the most important step in a freight delivery. Once you sign a clean delivery receipt, the carrier's liability generally ends.

• —Walk all four sides of the crate before the driver leaves.
• —Photograph the crate on the truck and again on the ground.
• —Write any crushing, punctures, or shifted banding on the delivery receipt before signing.
• —If the damage looks significant, you may refuse the shipment outright.
• —Report damage to support@tanklith.com within 5 business days of delivery.
• —Print our freight delivery checklist and keep it by the door on delivery day.

Where we ship

We currently accept delivery addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Washington, D.C. Freight availability and whether a destination requires a quote are confirmed at checkout. We do not currently ship internationally.
