Cancelling an order

You can cancel for a full refund within 48 hours of placing the order, as long as fabrication has not started. Email support@tanklith.com with your order number.

After fabrication starts, the order can no longer be cancelled for a full refund, because material has already been cut for your configuration. We will tell you honestly where your build stands when you ask.

Returning a stand

Catalog stands can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unassembled where applicable, and returned in the original crate. Return freight and a restocking fee are deducted from the refund, and we quote both before you commit.

Custom and made-to-measure stands cannot be returned unless they were built incorrectly or arrived defective. If we got it wrong, we fix it at our cost.

Damaged on arrival

Freight damage is not a return. It is a claim, and it is handled faster. Note the damage on the delivery receipt, photograph it, and contact us right away.

• —Do not sign a clean delivery receipt for a damaged crate.
• —Photograph the crate before and after opening it.
• —Email support@tanklith.com within 5 business days of delivery.
• —Keep the crate and packing until the claim is resolved.

Refunds

Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the stand. Your bank may take longer to post it.
